Review summary

The room, service and food on the boat was great.  Entertainment and shows had good options and a wide variety.   The only reason for three stars is our agenda changed with no explanation as to why.  This did not cause any issues with shore excursions at all.   We arrived at half moon cay late, and the crew was very disorganized. Since there is no dock at that location you have to use tenders to ferry you back and forth.   Several (not ours) shore excursions were cancelled for lack of staff.  By the time we were on a tender (you take a number, we were a low number) half the day was over.  We had only 1.5 hours on island before we had to leave.  The boat left this location late, returning to Fort Lauderdale the next morning late as well.  Getting off the boat was horrible.   No organization, no smooth transition.   We had to be out of room at 9am.  We sat in a hallway for 2 hours before our deck was called (deck 8, fourth one called).  If they are going to arrive late, at the very least let guests stay in their rooms until their deck is called.  We paid a lot for a premium room, service the day of arrival should have been premium as well.

Not there fault the crew was disorganized and kicking ppl out of there room is never justified just because other ppl want to get on the boat, I went through the same thing when getting off ours and thought that was awful, I understand the next wave of people are ready but don't have my standing in a lobby waiting for hours to get off the boat, that's tacky

If you could stay in your premium room, then the next cruisers couldn't have a clean room until late for their premium room.
