Review summary

The Cruise was a delight until "DISEMBARKATION which WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE"!

It was TOTALLY DISORGANIZED and TOOK OVER 4 HOURS to get off the ship and through customs (STANDING IN LONG LINES THE WHOLE 4+ HOURS)!

I would highly recommend the itinerary but would also highly recommend a different cruise line.

Used Mobile Passport to get through customs. I was off ship and through customs in 7 minutes! Bypassed the huge line completely. You should check it out.

we went last October and had no issues. we loved the Conquest so much we are doing a 8 day this October.

Lines at customs, has nothing to do with cruiseline. If customs is slow, it backs up the ship as well.

The customs part was a breeze for us. We downloaded mobile passport and we were through customs in 5 - 10 minutes. We got out there and there was a special line for guests with mobile passport. We had a later flight so we took our time, went and had breakfast, then made our way down and got off the ship. Wasn't that bad for us.
