Review summary

Ship was boring except for comedy shows on board. All the ports were nice. Puerto rico was my favorite. The cruise port in ft. Lauderdale was the worse port ever after 6 cruises. It took about 2 1/2 hours to check in amd get on board. I will never cruise out of that port again. Overall good relaxing vacation

We just got off and didn't have any bad experiences. We we off the boat, got our luggage, and was through customs within 15 minutes.

We were on the conquist last October and had a great time. It must have gone down hill since then. We agree getting off was disorganized. Getting through customs was a joke. To many people and not enough agents. Of course people not following the rules don't help. If people would wait until there zone is called it would be a lot smoother.

Which cruise were you in the one that just got back this past Saturday, this was our 3rd carnival cruise and we will not do another one, between the ship, the fact that all of the shows, "parties", and all boat activities were exactly the same as the other 2 cruises over a 3 year period was a bit frustrating. Staff was lazy, bad service boat was run down. And it took way to long to get on or off the ship...make everyone exit there rooms by 9, close down all food by 930 and the last of the people aren't off the boat till almost noon...was nuts

Ft Lauderdale is a crazy port. We love port caniveral the best. They seem more organized.

We have 2 kids and they said to arrive at 11am- we did and didn't get on the boat till 2pm- my kids were so hungry - a nice man who was doing the same cruise around again gave me some cheese and crackers - never had this problem on the paradise

You should consider yourself lucky! We had people fainting and getting sick while standing and waiting. We were late leaving every port.

I went on conquest in february and had no problems with embarkation. Took us less than 1/2 hour to get on and we did not have fttf.

Yes, Ft Lauderdale used to be one of the best ports, but now seems to have lost control. Took forever to embark and debark. Our ship was 3 hrs late leaving port. Would suggest avoiding this port if possible.
