Review summary

Waited over an hour for a wheelchair to board. Had to remind them 5 times. Left waiting in the high humidity and heat. They acted annoyed when reminded. Stateroom only made up for one bed when 2 were booked. Only food available when buffet was closed, which was often, was horrible pizza and overcooked something that was supposed to be hamburgers. Don't buy anything because if it doesn't work you can't return it. Again caused more unnecessary trouble when leaving. Food in the dinning room was very disappointing to say the least. They need some real chiefs. 3 bright spots - the room steward, a drink calles "Kiss on the lips" and the excursions.

Ship tip

Be prepared to hurry up and wait when going ashore for excursions and waiting for rude people to get back to the ship on time. This cuts our time in the next port.
