Review summary

Overall a good trip. We had an interior cabin on the main deck (level 2) and forward. Room 2207. There was a loud banging sound every 20-30 seconds for long periods of time. I was told that this was wave action hitting the side of the ship. It was so loud (like dropping a grand piano) that I didn't get a lot of sleep. This didn't happen all of the time but did during rougher weather. However the weather was considered moderate. I highly recommend getting a room away from the forward part of the ship.and up higher.

When we booked we asked for a room for two. did not give all of the options available for the "special" price they were offering. The room we were given had a single bed and a sofa that they put sheets on. Not at all a good experience for a 2nd honeymoon. When we called to complain when we first saw the room, they said the ship was totally booked up and couldn't help us. I find it hard to believe that the ship was totally booked.
