We were very surprised with the quality of food and with a carnival ship because we had always heard so much negative about carnival...too much noise, etc. it could be because it was a European cruise where the clientele is different, not as many young people, but overall it was our best cruise yet.

The ship was beautiful, clean, and new. The food was not very good, except the upscale restaurants that you paid extra for were better than excellent.

A huge brand new ship.

The ship is beautiful. We had issues being on the fantail of the ship but Carnival took care of everything. It didn't feel like we were on a Meditterainean cruise. We didn't think the shows were up to the standard of Carnival and wished there were more excursions to choose from. The staff was exceptional and friendly. I love Carnival but not sure I would take another Meditterainean cruise with them.

Decoration of this ship was very cheap. Entertainment was very poor. We spent over $l400.00 in ship excursions and the one in Venice was overcharged. The Gondola ride was pitiful and if we would have bought it directly with a Gondolier , they asked for E80 euros for 4 people total. We paid double that for only 2 people. Another tour, we were in bus #21 and the bus air conditioned was broken, so we were extremely unconfortabe . We cruise at least once a year, and this has been the worst ship, entertainment and tours ever.

A much needed long-weekend getaway. This was the best of the shorter cruises we've none. Minimal children (likely due to the time of year) and definitely not a booze cruise vibe (for those concerned about that). Met some very friendly people from various places.

For my first solo trip I have no complaints. Overall I had a great time and made the most of my trip. I did what I wanted and when I wanted to do it. I spent a lot of time in adult only areas and pampered myself. I did an excursion that I have never done before and had a great time. I would definitely sail Carnival again

Each and every cruise is what you make it! Do the activities on board. Go to the shows! Try a food you haven’t had before. We do that and we enjoy ourselves each and every time! We included our 8 year old in more of the activities we thought she’d enjoy and she loved it!

It took a few days to get the food level up but for this size/class of ship it was all that it can be!!!!

The cruise was great but the buffet food not good Guy's burgers was great and the main dining room was good.

This was a wonderful cruise on the Carnival Breeze, as it always is. Felipe, the cruise Director did a good job. The entertainment was great. I do hope the Lido deck gets shown some love soon though.

it was sort of boring as we been on Breeze many times. We celebrated our anniversary is the reason why we went. Food was a disappointment except the Dinner for Diamonds. Best meal of whole cruise. Rest of the time..."been there done that"

Soooooo many kids. Lots of dope being smoked in cape pens Staff at times was just rude and other times great

We feel we are experienced cruisers. We know what we like and that's what we do. We were with several family members this cruise and had a blast. The more the merrier.

My only complaint was the laziness of my room attendant.

Carnival has contracts with the stores in Cozumel but they do not in Progresso. So Progresso will offer better deals.

It sucked won't go back on Carnival. Royal Caribbean is the best out of the 3 I've been on

It was ok for the most part. I didn't experience much difference on this cruise than the first cruise. The one thing that upseted me was when we were getting close to Costa mayo, the cruise director chimed in and assured us that we were cleared and good to dock at port. But for some "strange" reason, as we were getting near the dock the ship started turning away and as we were turning away the director chimes back in and states that they were unable to dock due to weather concerns 🤷🏽‍♂️. Which came minutes after he told us that the weather was good and we were cleared to dock. Totally made no sense. WHATSOEVER! I personally felt we got robbed out of the full experience of our cruise due to paying over several thousand dollars to go somewhere we have never been. Which we've been to cozmel on our first cruise, so it wasn't a biggie to revisit it.

Carnival needs to rethink taking people out in a hurricane. You need to refit the Breeze, it is a mess! It was a really poor cruise and I have sailed on many other cruise lines. I am really disappointed in Carnival for how this cruise was handled. I wouldn’t recommend Carnival to anyone at this point, which makes me really sad! You are now being called by many people the Walmart of cruising! I just never realized how bad this statement had become until this trip.
