Overall a great ship, however the dining room and lido marketplace food could be improved. The cafes on the boat had the best food, Thandoor Indian was great, as were the burrito and burger joints.

Comedians were fantastic. Views were great. Pizza was hot and tasty. Guys Burgers were awesome. Loved the burritos. Drink prices were a bit high, felt they should be comparable to what you pay in any other bar, especially since there is an additional 15% added automatically. In the description of one restaurant there was supposed to be chips available to go along with the salsa bar, there were no tortilla chips available, when asked about them, the staff member at the restaurant did not understand my question and said he didn't speak English.

Yes, the ship was full, however, the space on this ship is so vast that you would never have known there was 4,700 people on it. The new colours of the decor are perfect since they are all caribbean colours and add so much to this ship. I love the new layout which includes the Lanai on the 5th floor, then the promende on the 4th. This cruise was during March break for our first week but it was still very fun and exciting. The ship has so many new features added to it, we had to take it all in. I love how they have done away with a lot of the old features in the dining rooms and made them more spacious looking. The staff was awesome and they were warm and friendly every time we spoke. Many of the staff remembered our names from past cruises which is an incredible experience. The only down side I saw was that the shows have been reduced and not more the "Vegas" style we were used to. That certainly didn't take away from our wonderful experience. We are getting ready to book another back to back cruise for next year now. Thanks Carnival for bringing such a beautiful ship with caribbean colours inside to the fleet. Wonderful addition.

While this cruise , our 28th, was OK, it was not our best cruise. It was good to see some old friends and our cabin steward, Sergio, was terrific. He has taken care of us before. The Breeze is a lovely ship with lot's of different venues. Guy's hamburgers were really good, the pizza was just average and we have had better on other Carnival ships. The barbecue was good but it was open only a couple of hours on sea days only. This need to change to every day and open a little longer, IMHO. The music, while good was way too loud especially in the red frog pub. In conclusion, this cruise like all others beats the best day at work.

New ship not well organized. Very small pools. If you do not have children no where except spa and cabin to get away from noise. Very bad customer service. Food terrible both in dining room and buffet. Had stomach issues throughout trip. This was not my first cruise but it will be my last!

I thought the ship was nice, clean, and the staff was very attentative and polite.

The ship's staff was ver friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Everything was kept very clean.

Great ship! Very new and you could tell. Loved the outside access on the 5th deck instead of only being able to access outside from top decks. Lot's of great food options.

Overall a good experience. Pros: Food - Had anytime dining. We had very good and attentive service in the dining room each night. Food was good. Breakfast on Lido was good, but repetitious. They could do a better job on having crisper, less greasy bacon. Guys Burgers, as always, were delicious. Had the BBQ once, it was just ok. We got there very early to avoid the long lines. Cabin stewart was attentive. After initial complaint about getting ice during the day, received plenty of ice daily. Had a balcony cabin with smokers next door, so we did not get to fully enjoy our balcony. Entertainment - Consuela & Souljaz Band were very good. Did not get to see any comedy shows; I felt the venues were too small for the number of people wanting to see the shows. The show, The Brits, was not to my taste. Cons Found the sea days to be very boring.

Sorry for the confusion of this sail date but I had to put in a previous cruise to write this review about our upcoming cruise.

We have a cruise booked and paid for in full for the ALASKAN cruise on the Carnival Miracle.  Yesterday, 30 days before our

cruise we are notificed that due to the ship is having technical difficulties effecting the speed of the ship.  Therefore, they

will not be docking in  Ketchikan, Alaska.   They are offering a $50.00 credit and 25% off our next cruise.  What a bunch

of BS!!!!  $50.00?????   We just paid over $2,000.00 for this cruise, plus airfar.  They are going to give us more time in

Canada, but I didn't book a trip to Canada!  I just purchased a $1,500.00 camera because I want to see Alaska!

I didn't really want to book with Carnival in the 1st place, because when I went on a cruise last in Jan-Feb. 2013, one

of the cabin stewarts stole my prescription drug that is a controlled substance and after I reported it, they did NOTHING

about it.  I had to go 3 days without my medicine and I started to have serious side effects.

But this is CRAZY!!!  Do I really want to board a ship that is having engine problems?!?!?   Remember the cruise on

the news where people were stranded for days, just floating in the ocean without food or water......

This ship needs major work on customer service and food quality.

Beautiful and clean

This was one of the best cruise experiences we've ever had!

The ship was beautiful. Public areas nice, alway able to find a quiet spot if needed. The specialty restaurants were a nice touch and were excellent.

Great ship. We went when it was new. The crowd was a little older then we had anticipated. The staff were great as was the food. I highly recommend the Chiefs table. It was well worth the money.

With this being a new ship you would think that everything would be great. I was wrong every day for about an hour our room smelled like sewer the only place to get clean air in the room was the bathroom. Called guest services and all they did was spray the room never got a fix or reason why the smell was there. Wait staff to get a drink was poor, when u found someone took over 30 mins to get a drink. They had more people cleaning then waiting on people. Food was poor didn't have food half the time and what food u could get was cold or tasteless. if u ordered something 90% time was made wrong. My parents went on carnival before and went with us on this ship and was not impressed and will never go on the Breeze again. I will never go on this ship again.

The ship is beautiful and much to offer. The Blush Dining room per other passengers was wonderful but the Sapphire Dinining Room was terrible. So bad, we ate at the Lido Deck many nights. Service on this ship is adequate but a little disappointing since I was on the Ecstacy in September and it's service was far superior! The Bars on this ship are not very good. Service is not friendly and personally, I do not think they use much alcohol in the drinks. The best bar service by far is the Red Frog bar, don't bother with the rest.
