We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and everyone seemed to remember it. I couldn't ask for better service and all were so helpful and attentive to us. My one and only complaint is that the bed was way too hard. I really think Carnival should address this problem. The hard bed made for a very un-restful sleep. The steward did put some padding on it for us making it more tolerable.

I found the Breeze to be a delighful ship. We had a balcony room and it was bigger than i anticipated. i must admit i spent several hours on the balcony, daytime and night, watching land or boats pass. the entertainment director Butchy Baby was quite good. the main restaurants were delicious. the number of bars and food locations were plentiful, as were entertainment options. i'm a cruise novice, first timer, but i had a blast.

The ship was clean and there was plenty to do onboard.

NO Orchestra anymore!!! There were a mere 8 artists who lip -synched and jumped around . The background was flashing lites and computerized noises that sounded like a bunch of un organized boom boxes. I hope this is not the NEW thing. I found myself hoping no one passed out to the EXTREMLY fast paced workout. The comedian shows were for Adults or General Audience. I dont think a comedian needs to get dirty to get a laugh....The show host seemed to delight in chatting up the audience before the performances by trying to embarass individuals, pushing for personal information. Then turning it into something else. The best shows on board ended up being the "do it yourself" karaoke and talent stuff done by the passengers and crew.

Pretty much summed up to what I said in the Pros above comment. We all had an amazing time, coming from a family of different age group.

Ship was in great shape and very clean. Staterooms were always kept clean and the beds made up everyday. Great layout just wish the adult area had a pool or bigger hot tub.

This was our first cruise with 3 other families and it was awesome experience. Process - did not have any issue during embarkation, in ship or disembarkation. Amenities - newer ship so had decent decor and facilities, it had an library with automatic wine dispensing machine, separate area for adults for privacy. Food - very good, a surprise to find, Indian food nook during lunch hour, it actually had tandoor grill so fresh naan and rotis including grilled chicken and fish everyday. Staff was also very nice and courteous. Formal dining was very good too, used to go few minutes late to avoid the crowd and it worked. Overall experience two thumbs up, will do it overall again.

The ship was nice, new and clean. The staff were great (except for the spa staff - always felt like I was \"bothering\" them). The ports were disappointing. Don't pay the extra money for upgrading your room. I was disappointed with how much I paid for a spa suite - didn't feel like I got my money's worth. My deck kept \"raining\" water - hard to enjoy my morning coffee. Staff were never able to figure out where all the water came from and it happened daily. Food was okay - disappointed with the restaurant meal we paid for.

Even though this is a large ship it felt very crowded particularly during dinner and nightime activities

This was our first time to take a child and grandchild. We loved it.

First of I am married with 2 15 year old daughters. We have sailed 9 times as a family and I can honestly say we had as much fun on this ship as the Oasis and Allure of the Seas. Sure the ship was not as big and didn't have the huge Royal Promenade which is great, but we had just as much fun if not more. I had read a lot of bad reviews about lines and too many kids, but we went on a sold out ship in the middle of the summer and the lines were fine. We never (ever) waited in a line for Guy's like people have said and we had no problems getting in for the comedians. The big production shows are no where near the caliber of RCCL, but the individual entertainers (solo pub singers, jugglers, comedians) were much better. Also, the lunch time food variety was way better than RCCL. We also had a lot better ports than the Allure or Oasis will ever have. In my opinion Carnival does not deserve the bad rep it gets and is a much better value than RCCL. (this cruise was $3,500 less than RCCL for the same time plus it was 8 days) I do however like RCCL, but I am not loyal to either and will continue to sail on both.

Services started at Miami Port. Once on Ship, staff members were found to be more of family members , polite, friendly , there to help you with smiley faces. Cleanliness on Ship, I was surprised with. Met your Senior Chef Vitthal, excellent and professional. Staff in jewelry store, very pleasant. Food ! My god, what a management. No shortage. They were ready to serve , all with positive attitude and pleasant approach. Only thing , I thought needed little more attention , is needs more time once on land. That put little stress on us as having to rush back to ship. Any time , I plan Cruise, will be Carnival.

The ship was awesome. the staff was fab!!! if you had halal food, it would have been a perfect 5 star.

This was the best cruise I've been on second only to a private windjammer cruise with 80 guests and 80 staff. The ship is really nice and the quality of the shows are excellent. I think this ship truly exemplifies the 'fun ship' reputation from Carnival. Even though there were 1500 kids of 4700 people on board, they were contained with activites and it was all great.

As stated, a beautiful ship with many areas all over the ship to relax and have a great time. The food in the italian restaurant was excellent although you had to pay $12. a person to partake in. The ship decorations are tasteful.

The Carnival Breeze was beautiful and the staff were the model of good customer service. I always felt that they were very glad to see the passengers and never felt that any request was too much trouble.

The boat being new was a plus but I felt the ship overall was designed for half of the people they allow onboard. There were traffic jams everywhere, buffet, getting into/out of shows, getting around in general was difficult. Yes i understand going in and out of a show there are a lot of people but the design of the traffic flow complicated things and aggravated everyone. The ship cabin and areas were HOT! We went all the way down to Aruba so being in the sun all day was the norm and coming back to a cabin that would not cool down was the part of the trip that will cause me to never go on Carnival again. Yes i called engineering and they came and told me that was the temperature set and there was nothing they could do. Well there is something I can do and it is never take carnival again. The entertainment was poor. While the entertainers gave it their all, they were not the caliber you seen on Royal or NCL. I will say they are the party ship, where were fun times all over the boat all the time. We didn't have to look hard for things to do.

Beautiful ship

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of food, we ate basically the same thing everyday. Because we didn't enjoy the options. I wish they also had better sugar free dessert options. I also didn't go swimming and laying out in the sun during sea days cause the pool was standing room only. The decks were blistering hot and miserable. The staff doesn't do anything to control the kids on board. It was ridiculous that I went to the pool at nite time and kids are out of control with food in the pool, doing canon balls and cursing up a storm. Also on other ships I have been on they stress the importance of sanitation holland has the washie washie girls and Norwegian won't let u into any place without sanitizing ur hands first. I can see how this cruise line has had issues
