It was amazing way more than what we expected and can’t wait till our next

If you are a first-time cruiser, I don't think you'll be quite as disappointed as I was...so, if you're booked already, go have fun! :) My last few cruises were with Celebrity, so it was a completely different experience. While some say Princess is geared towards an older crowd, I felt there was a wide mix of ages including many kids (some in our party)...but not overtaken by running, screaming children. :) Truly, what was really missing for me on this cruise was the top-notch service I've come to expect from past cruises and a wider array of onboard activities. What ultimately caused Princess to fail the grade was their response to my mother's injury at Princess Cays (owned by them)...keep in mind, it was due to their faulty chair. A family vacation for 12 that was years in the making and took a miracle to pull off suddenly became a nightmare...and while my mother was stuck in bed unable to move for 2 days, their only response was to send her a get well card and chocolate covered strawberries, and then slide a bill under her door for medical expenses charged to her onboard account a few days before the end of the cruise. We were dumbfounded! While we did speak to the one helpful person at guest services who gave us instruction on how to get those charges removed, no one from management would speak to us, no one would return calls, no one called to check on her, no one offered any sort of assistance, etc... To see my mother in pain and in tears was heartbreaking. Thank goodness for the wonderful medical staff who actually cared about my mother's well being and showed some empathy. Please note that while this horrible experience affected and cast a shadow over the entire cruise for all of us, I tried to be as objective as possible with the rest of my review. Thank you!

My family loves cruising and have never had a bad experience, but this cruise mat and exceeded all of our expectations, Princess truly went beyond in trying to make sure that we were pampered. I also felt that you received the same level of service from every staff member, not just the ones that are working with you directly day after day, which is not necessarily always the case. My favorite part had to be the medallion experience. From having your room door unlocked as you approached, to being able to track the rest of my group if we ever separated was an amazing bonus. It also made for the smoothest embarkation we have ever experienced. Truly liked that we could use the apps on board for service anywhere. Very technologically advanced. We were even able to track our spending while on board, which sometimes can get out of hand when on a cruise.

Great cruise overall. Excursions via shore fox were all great. Made it back on time on all excursions. Staff was friendly and great service. Medallions made embarkation and disembarkation fast and easy at all ports. Had a great experience.

I’m glad we went and we had a good time, but I won’t cruise with Princess again.

This cruise was a b2b of two 7 day cruises. We had a great time. Ran into crew members from past sailings, and got a very well needed rest. There were a few little hitches - such as canceled excursions, but all in all it was wonderful. For some reason I can't review the other ports of call so I'll do it here -Princess Cays we stayed on ship (was here in April) St. Thomas, Kon Tiki boat ride and beach stop . Wouldn't do it again, but was okay, and St. Maarten - snorkling, high speed raft, beach. Fun, but once was enough lol. Overall, this cruise was everything I'd hoped it would be, and more. I just tend to go with the flow, laugh, relax, and enjoy. Lots of entertainment, food, and laughter. What else do you need?

It a slower pace if you are looking for action. The ship needs to and update. It’s a slower crowed And the entertainment is for people in their 70. I would go on this line only if I looking to relax and that it

Wonderful experience for all the reasons alluded to. Well done to Princess Caribbean - your company ethos is to be commended. Your staff are a real credit to you. They represent the business with the utmost pride.

The cruise was nice. Wouldn’t go on this big of a ship again. But overall it was an enjoyed experience

The Caribbean Princess did not meet the same level of quality as our last Princess cruise aboard the Regal Princess.

We enjoyed the amenities. The dining room. The spa. The pool. But the ports were the most amazing sights!

Although some things happened we did not like, there's still nothing like cruising. We've been on Norwegian, Carnival and now Princess and of the 3, Princess is our least favorite.

Overall my friend and I had a great time. The Ocean Medallion was very easy to use and made embarking and disembarking a breeze. Princess never fails to live up to our expectations. The Palm Dining Room, a bit difficult to get to, had great service and most evenings it was difficult to decide upon what to eat there were so many choices.

This was our third time on the Caribbean Princess.we enjoy her size and amenities..however all these cruise lines are pushing art auctions!..They entice you there advertising free champagne and you get there it's one glass with orange juice and very little champagne..a cheap way

The staff was amazing!! The ship was beautiful. Ports were fun. All in all, I can say i will sail through princess again! Thanks to all for the memory!

Hated the ship...has to be the noisest in the world. The food was crappy, and the ports of call were really disappointing.

Everything about the cruise was first class. The staff was amazing

A tired ship that needs a really good cleaning. Not enough shade areas on pool decks. Lack of concern for non wheelchair mobility impaired people. Inconsistant and many times highly salted food. Spa services expensive but the space doesnt fit the price. Dirty bathrooms, dirty glasses left around and a general feeling of unclean. Production shows were well done. Princess Cays is a crowded sea of humanity. Looked forward to trying a new cruise line. Will not be back.

Loved it. Will do it again. Eastern Caribbean next.
