This was my first cruise and I was so impressed with everything. I absolutely loved it. I can’t say enough of the crew. Each and every one of them was beyond amazing. Even though it was cut short by a day and we missed out on going to Aruba, I was very happy with everything. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back

Very disappointing for the money we spent. food was the biggest disappointment.

Was a disappiointing cruise as we only made it to 3 of the 8 ports and ended just heading back home 3 days early. PCL was very generous in their compensation package.

It was great despite our Norovirus Princess treats their guests with the utmost courtesy and respect

The cruise was nice it was just unfortunate that we had the Noravirus and missed some of our ports!!!

Our First ever cruise became a disaster down to norovirus having to be confined to our cabin for over three days. Just a long boring voyage instead of island hopping.

We had 300+ cases of Norovirus onboard and were denied most ports. Spent most of the resulting 12 days at sea. The food and service were excellent and the crew did an amazing job under the circumstances.

I loss my sister while we were cruising and then got I’ll. The medical center was great as well as customer service!

While the ship is old and in need of repair the transit through the locks of the Panama Canal was amazing.

Fantastic cruise, trip of a lifetime. Would do again

For a first cruise everything was nice and simple. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve had a way to check into your plane flight without having to pay for a full day of Internet. I would recommend taking your own soap and shampoo even though they say you don’t need to.

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the Panama Canal.

Cruise was good, but I expected more from Princess. I thought it was on par with Celebrity, but I was wrong .... at least in this cruise.

This was my first cruise and it was an amazing time. I recommend this trip to anyone looking to get away. I wasn't a fan of Columbia; but to each their own.

Very nice experience. It was the first time we had vacation in the christmas period. We met nice persons and every one on board were very attentive to us The only thing is that we Nevers had service in french wich we specified on the forma prior to the boarding

The only problem we had was traveling through Toronto. Long lines and delays caused us to miss our connecting flight. They rebooked us for a flight later that evening. We spent 2 full days in airports. Our luggage was so damaged, all 4 checked luggage! Had to put in a claim to Delta. Delta also lost 1 suitcase which was found and transferred to the first Port, but I spent 3 days with no clothes and underwear! Princess gave me a $150 onboard credit to buy clothes, but they don't sell underwear on the ship. I was forced to handwash my underwear nightly until I got my luggage. Also, the only reason my lost suitcase made it to the ship at the first port is because my husband flipped out on the guest service staff 3 hours before we left port. They sent someone to the airport to pick it up and I got it just before we left port. We spent the first couple of days sleeping because of the missed connecting flight and spending 2 days in airports without sleep. Once I got my missing luggage, we were able to relax and enjoy the cruise.

we loved our cruise. All the islands we visited were well organized to receive large groups of tourists. The only negative, that there is no tour on the islands which are offered with guides in French and on your website, you ask us what language we want to have communication. I specified it, but I got it all in English.

Having cruised a few times before with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity I was disappointed with the main dining room even though we had upgraded to Club Class Dining. I particularly disliked having a card placed in the menu each night with dishes available at a supplement. The main show entertainment was budget.

This was our first time away at Christmas and we knew that it would be very different. The cruise itself was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed it and the ship was very well decorated. Carols were sung and Santa came on Xmas Eve to give toys to the children. However, it did feel very different as Xmas day was just like another day. As UK passengers, we were definitely in the minority and as the Americans don't celebrate as much as we do and for this holiday, this was felt. To cruise during this holiday was our choice so no issues with all this but we are unlikely to cruise again over Christmas.
