The ship was beautiful. Our server in the main dining room Relson was awesome! We wanted to sit in his section every night which having anytime dining is not always possible. Our stateroom p222 was small but you don't need a lot of room, your not in there much. It did have the smallest shower we have ever had. Service in the buffet was excellent. We had an awesome time. Princess is still my cruise line of choice. I only gave 4 stars because of just a few things. There wasn't much seating in the piazza, it was always crowded. It really was to small for the amount of passengers that hang out there. every time we got something to eat at the international cafe it was a hunt for some place to sit. Also It was suppose to be a shark week cruise. The only thing shark was one elevator had pictures of sharks supposedly to seem like a shark tank. That was it on the whole ship. Was a little disappointing. And also. Gavin McLeod (captain stubbing from the love boat) was on board for a book signing. I stood in line for almost 2 hours and was rescheduled for the following day only to be told that I was not going to get my book signed. No compensation for the waste of my time. Very disappointing. But all in all still a great time. Oh also wasn't impressed with the cruise director. Him and his assistant cheated on the Yes and No game, they were booed by the audience.

John or Cabin mate was amaing and Jackie & Emil at the bar near the piano bar were also amazing. Felt amazing in such a short tie for staff to know us by name and personal preferences as to what we likes.

Loved the Caribbean Princess and the excursions, Fast Cat catamaran on St. Thomas, and Golden Eagle catamaran on St. Maarten

This was a trip with my sister. We enjoyed the quiet and unhurried atmosphere of this ship.

Caribbean Princess is the worst ship I have ever been on. And Princess Cruises is a terrible company. I am currently cruising the Caribbean. We are a family of four and the put us in a balcony stateroom for three. I asked for a bigger stateroom and got a no as an answer. You can imagine the result. Also, the ship has no real entertainment on board, just some lame activities. We have cruised several times on Royal Caribbean and MSC. Both are way better, especially in the way they handle things with guests. Next time I will return a Royal Caribbean ship.

Was very disappointed with our Sept 2018 cruise on the Caribbean Princess. Having cruised multiple times on other lines, we thought we were upgrading with Princess. Boy were we wrong! The boat itself is outdated and shows signs of wear. We booked a suite and there were loose and missing tiles on the bathroom floor. The railings on the balcony were rusted and decaying. The food was terrible. As a vegetarian, I was very limited in options on the buffet and the salad bar was minimal at best. The quality of the food was very low with most items being fried or soaked in sauces. On Friday I made a salad, when I got back to my table I found a fly in the lettuce. I gave the plate to my waiter who apologized and took it away. We tried the Salty Dog Burger Joint and were equally disappointed. The 'veggie burger' was inedible and my fiance didn't eat his cheeseburger either. The ice cream shop was not good. The soft serve tasted like ice and chemicals. We had a few issues while on board that were not handled by customer service. On both Thursday and Friday mornings at approximately 8:15 am we were awoken by the banging of a hammer on pipes. The first day I let it go figuring it was something critical. On the second day when it happened again at 8:15 am, I called the front desk who sent someone to our cabin 30 minutes later. The banging was still going on and the gentleman just said "maintenance didn't tell us they were working". Ok.... but I didn't spend 3k on a suite to be woken up at 8:15 am by banging hammers. On Thursday afternoon, while in our cabin, we suddenly noticed the smell of sewage coming through our ac vent into the room. We called the front desk who said they would send someone to check it out. An hour later, nobody had come to our room, so I went in person the front desk. I was informed that they were working on the issue. I was upset that nobody had bothered to call my room and let us know that, instead we waited for an hour for someone to come up. On Friday, our room attendant had not come to clean our room by the afternoon despite the fact that we had gone to breakfast and then later the pool. We needed new towels to shower, so I called housekeeping and paged our attendant. She never responded. Since returning from our cruise, I filled out the customer survey sent directly from Princess, listing all the issues we had on board and asking to be contacted by customer service. When nobody got back to me, I called customer service directly who told me that I had to send an email to Post Cruise Customer Service which I promptly did. It has been 2 weeks and still nobody has called. Either they just don't care or they must be backlogged with all customers complaining about equally poor experiences!

We will be cruising on the Caribbean Princess for a 3rd time next year. Our favorite ship!! Clean, fabulous crew, great food, etc. Wish she was still cruising out of Houston, though.

The Medallion, Medallionnet internet, and the new on demand TV are great!

Avery enjoyable vacation. You're taking a chance of hurricanes this time of the year, but you also miss the big tourist season. We lucked out.

The score of 3.8 seems a little high. If this was our first cruise, we probably would not go on another one. We met some great people and our evening dining was the highlights of our trip.

We were disappointed we did not get to stop at Princess Cays; however, we understood the reason and appreciated the care for our safety in a growing storm. There were three generations of us on this ship. We all found something to do. The Princess Theater shows were world class. I was able to take my 10 year old granddaughter and introduce her to quality live shows. She loved the magician, Trigg, the costumes and the songs. Thank you for making this a wonderful vacation.

The service was absolutely horrendous from day 1 to 7. Unfriendly, rude and inconsiderate staff on the entire ship. From stateroom attendants to waiters and casino dealers. The only nice crewmembers can be found in the shops (probably because they earn commission and i spent close to $1,000. The food was terrible. Often cold, undercooked or old and seemed like it was sitting for days. Very limited selection in the maketplace buffet as they only seemed to offer a selection of bread (which was stale) and pre made sandwiches which we didnt care for when looking for a lunch or dinner option. Wait staff here was extremely rude as well and witnessed a waiter pick up a cube of cheese that fell onto the counter and placed it back on top of the platter for consumption. Had such a terrible experience from beginning to end that by the time we had enough on day 4/5 we wanted to disembark in st maarten to salvage the last few days of vaca and possibly book another cruise but all the flights home were full. After this experience i highly recommend sailing on a different cruiseline as this was the worst experience i have ever had.

Our trip on the CB August 25th was outstanding! Would sail her again. Only port we did not like was Belize. Too crowded. Next time we will stay on the ship.

The guests on the ship was a much older crowd and didn’t partake in a lot of the onboard activities. I was surprised that many of the shows and entertainment had empty seats. The staff was great...very friendly and accommodating. The Captain was very visible all through the voyage. Food and choices were okay but I thought the food on NCL was better. Sanctuary is an expensive adults only get away compared to Vibe on NCL.

It was ok. Not anything to write home about, but adequate.

Disembarkation was a little poor, but it was raining at Everglades Port. Not Princesses fault lol. This was our first cruise and won't be our last, we enjoyed the whole experience from the beginning to end.

Enjoyed the Caribbean Princess. The ship was clean and had wonderful staff! I especially enjoyed the band entertainment on evenings in the Explorer’s lounge and of course dinner in the Island dining room!

Did this Cruise ship back in August great for school Cruise out of Fort Lauderdale 7-Day Western Caribbean it was clean weather was perfect all the ports for fantastic going back on it July 20th

This was my first cruise (7 days, 3 Caribbean ports) so I wasn’t sure how I would like it, but I was blown away! Loved every second. Caribbean Princess was outstanding. The ship has recently undergone major renovations which show up in a good way in terms of modernization of facilities. Meals were great including the buffet (good variety and consistency). I went to one specialty dining restaurant (Crown Grill) where I had the surf and turf. The steak and lobster both cooked to perfection; however, they were out of the one wine I really wanted- but whatever, there’s always more wine! The bars were all good with friendly staff. I never went to Club Fusion because it was always oddly empty and some events cancelled. Otherwise there were good events to hang out at while at sea. Not so much a family cruise ship because there’s less stuff for kids to do (e.g. no water slides or other things you might find on a Carnival ship). My group (mid-20s in age) was definitely some of the younger people on the boat and we liked going to Skywalkers at night (not the best club in the world but it was fine). People were into dressing up for the formal nights; I didn’t notice anyone out of the dress code at dinner. The table games at the casino were fun, but some of dealers made mistakes (that worked out in my favor). Overall, the crew and staff were accommodating making this an easy relaxing cruise. I’d highly recommend this ship.
