Review summary

We had a great time. I will take it again. I didn't enjoy the spa, I booked a pedicure that was supposed to be 45 min and it only lasted 18 minutes, it was the fastes pedicure I've had.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Buffet was small for 3,000 people. Restaurants were decent!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I would have enjoyed an adult only FREE solarium, especially when going to Iceland, where is cold even during summer.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I enjoyed the comedy, production and a singer that was from Vegas I can't recall his name he was an impressionist singer. He was the best.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Awesome teen program, my 15 year old had the best time.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Some of the staff did not seem happy. However, most of them were so nice and always willing tp help. My room steward, Luis, was awesome and extremelly helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It was good!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It was small, especially the bathroom's shower. It was very clean.

Ship tip

Bring hiking shoes, you will be waking some miles everyday in a very uneven terrain. Bring a winter coat, gloves, scarf, and an umbrella; it gets cold, rainy and windy. Rest during sea days, wake up late and go to bed early. Do not book excursions on board. Iceland is very expensive.

Ports of call

Southampton (London), England

4 out of 5

Portland (Weymouth), England, UK

5 out of 5
I loved this port. Port has volunteers and free busses available.

Falmouth, Cornwall, England

4 out of 5
I liked it!

Cobh (Cork), Ireland

5 out of 5
It was easy and there is train transportation available.

Reykjavik, Iceland

5 out of 5
This was one of my favorite ports. Free bussing to the town's center. Reasonably priced excursions from the information desk inside the museum. People were so nice and friendly. However, one day is not enough, there so many wonders to see.

Grundarfjordur, Iceland

4 out of 5
We took and excursion and it was awesome!

Akureyri, Iceland

4 out of 5
awesome views

Kirkwall, Orkney Islands, Scotland

4 out of 5
very nice!

Invergordon (Inverness & Loch Ness), Scotland

4 out of 5

South Queensferry (Edinburgh), Scotland

5 out of 5
This was my favorite stop in Scotland but again one day is not enough. There is free bussing to the city. This city's architecture's is breathtaking!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
It was faster than I expected.

All cruise line Spas are a total rip off, unless you happen to have a money tree in your yard

I like the Caribbean Princess dince she is the last ship with the Skywalkers lounge with that design. I enjoy relaxing in the lounge with a drink and listening to music from the DJ.
