Princess "Medallion" was a bust in our case, the WiFi did not work properly and the Medallion had to be replaced. Drinks took 30 - 45 minutes to be delivered.

cabin was small and not layed out very well. I asked for cabin C239 and Princess put us in Cabin R247. 14th deck was too high and long wait for elevators

check you booking to make sure it is what you ordered, ship was full or close to it. Seats anywhere were difficult to find. Older crowd, typically went to venues 30 minutes before they were to strat.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Happy they deep cleaned the ship even if it made your boarding late. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations.
Wonder how he booked? Was it guaranteed room or did he select a room? I also have found that the phone booking sometimes does not mean you get the room you booked.
