Review summary

Great ports of call. Great food. Bad guest services staff. Kids felt not welcome as most of the travellers were in their old age/retirees who would look at them weird as if they were bothered by children.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was nice and easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was exceptional, the best on any cruise we've been on.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The onboard activities were repetitive, some of the fun not too fun.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The entertainment directors were not very nice.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The staff who cleaned our room and served our table were fantastic! But like mentioned above, the entertainment staff wasn't very nice and not to mention the guest services/registration desk staff - they were incredibly rude.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Our cabin was in the front of the ship - BIG mistake. We felt the movement at night a lot which made us nauseous and this has never happened before when our cabins were in the middle of the ship.
