Review summary

Lots of fun, food and drinks. Enjoyed the variety of entertainment and length of the cruise. Some ports seemed to short. But all in all very happy with the length of the cruise and hospitality .

Embarkation

2 out of 5
My bags were taken off the bus without my knowledge and passport was in luggage. I had a passport card but was unaware that is not accepted to get on. Many employees were very short and kept scolding me for not having my passport. Seemed like there should have been a protocol or policy and procedure for this type of situation. A supervisor that could help in a more patience and or in a costumer friendly way. I could not have been the first time this has happened?! My luggage was eventually recovered and I was able to provide this to gain access on the cruise.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Many of the waiters were very helpful and courteous. Our room steward Wilson was excellent and went out of his way to help my mother when she was lost and couldn't find her room.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Layout was good but bathrooms were often not cleaned.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Bathrooms in our stateroom were very small, old and smelled moldy. All of my family felt they could use a facelift and a deep cleaning!

Getting up off the ship and to the bus should have been better advised of the degree of difficulty for the elderly and or disabled. Quit an incline for even the healthy!

Long day to have for a tour the day before we disembark. Our tour left us at the Eiffel Tower and we missed our ever cruise. Luckily I was able to locate the bus to get back to the ship.

Something or somethings must not have been right for only 3-stars.
