Review summary

Princess Cruise lines is the most unprofessional company I have had to work with in a very long time. We booked and paid for our cruise months in advance. We intentionally did not book transfers as we were handling it on our own. Princess cancelled us from our cruise the day before we left to London because we did not pay $400 for travel nsfers...that we never ordered. They admit that they made the mistake, but have done NOTHING to make it right. Buyer beware!!

Who did you book the cruise with? The transfers have to be removed from you booking. So either you or your agent did not remove them.

Wendy9...I used International Friends. Picked up at hotel, and stopped at Stonehenge before taking us to the port. $89/pp I believe.

Have cruised on Princess a lot, first time heard of someone being charged for transfers they did not request. Not saying it did not happen, just never heard this before.

Transfers from London or Heathrow... we use National Express.

we will be on the Caribbean Princess August 17th there are 6 people in our family and we are looking around for transfers from London to Southampton and we want to book privately as I'm sure it may be a little less expensive. Do you have any recommendations?
