Review summary

This was our first Princess cruise. Spoke with other passengers who had used Princess before...said the food is not as good as previous. No midnight buffet, the buffet restaurants closed at 10:30. Enjoyed movies in the Princess theatre. Movies were also shown on deck in the evenings but it was too cold!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Main dining room food was very good, the "buffet" food was inconsistent. The food was not very warm . Did not use any of the specialty restaurants. Pizza, hot dog and burger venues were o.k. Coffee on the cruise was terrible!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Size was standard for an inside cabin. Beds were too soft. Many times (6) my key card did not work and I needed to go and get a new one. Hopefully they won't have this problem if they change to the new ocean medallion system.

Ship tip

Pick a cabin mid ship which puts you in the center of the action. It was a long walk to our stateroom from the elevators.
