We took the cruise because Key West was a cruise port. We were extremely disappointed that the ship could not dock in Key West due to the wind speed.

So, I'm a little confused, you were on a 14 night cruise and your only ports were Freeport, Princess Cays & Key west? And your 3 star rating was because you couldn't dock in Key West , Princess Cays and your towels weren't refreshed poolside ??? I would take that on a 14 nighter any day over work, cooking, cleaning and making my bed TWICE a day.... ANYDAY!!!
