Review summary
LINES WERE LONG AT THE CRUISE TERMINAL, WITH ONLY ONE ELEVATOR TO GET TO THE 2ND FLOOR TO GET ON THE SHIP.
ONCE WE GOT ONBOARD, THE SHIP WAS VERY NICE. EXCEPT FOR SLOW SERVICE ON THE ONBOARD ELEVATORS. WE DID ENJOY ALL OF THE SHOWS, MEALS, CASINO, HOT TUBS AND POOLS. AND OUR CABIN WAS VERY NICE. DUE TO HIGH WINDS THE SHIP DID NOT GO INTO KEY WEST, AND THAT WAS THE MAIN PORT THAT I WANTED TO SEE. WE WENT TO FREEPORT AND THAT WAS A NICE STOP. NEXT WE WENT TO NASAU IN PLACE OF PRINCESS CAY. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE EXCEPT WHEN WE WERE GETTING OFF THE GANGWAY TO THE DOCK, IT MOVED AND JEAN, WHO IS 95 AND BLIND, STARTED TO FALL. THE GANGWAY ATTENDANT, WAS ABLE TO CATCH HER AND KEPT HER FROM FALLING, THEN SHE PULLED THE GANGWAY OFF OF JEANS FOOT. THAT WAS GREAT SERVICE. WE DTD NOT GO INTO NASAU, BUT WENT BACK ONBOARD AND SPENT THE AFTERNOON IN THE HOT TUB, UNTIL JEANS' FOOT FELT BETTER. THE REST OF THE TRIP WAS NICE UNTIL WE GOT OFF THE SHIP IN HOUSTON. THE LINE TO THE ONE ELEVATOR IN THE TERMINAL WAS BACKED UP ONTO THE SHIP. THE WAIT WAS MORE THAN AN HOUR WITH NO PLACE TO SIT DOWN. ONCE WE WERE PAST THE ELEVATOR ROADBLOCK, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY.

Ship tip
DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINES FOR FOOD. AND SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. BUT THE JUICE WAS ONLY FREE AT BREAKFAST. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE SHIP WAS THAT THE ELEVATORS WOULD PASS DECKS, AND WOULD TURN BACK WITHOUT GOING TO THE TOP OR BOTTOM, WHEN PEOPLE WERE WAITING, WITH THE BUTTON PUSHED FOR ELEVATOR.
