For the most part the cruise was fun, food was good, ship needed updating, the railing on the balcony needed to be sanded and varnished,

Excellent service and great entertainment. Every where clean and all staff friendly. Loved how there was 59 different nationalities on the ship and independence days celebrated.

We had a great time on board of the Brilliance. I fell down while ashore in Tallinn. Back on board the doctor x-rayed me and discovered I broke my ankle. We still had 7 days of cruising to do. But everything was great: the medical staff treated me daily with kindness and expertise, the crew was so helpful and accommodating and the fellow passengers were sweet and sooo sorry for us. So although our cruise didn’t go as planned we still had a great time. Our kids (16 and 14 years old) loved the ship and had a wonderful time with al their new friends. My husband and I only saw them at dinner, which was the agreement. The rest of the day they could do whatever they wanted to do, and they did 😉. We loved the food. The cabin we had was great, a balcony is soooo terrific. We loved the view cruising through the archipelago of Stockholm. The great thing about the Brilliance are the various bars with all their different kind of places to sit. You never feel crowded or packed even on a sea day.

The cruise lines need to focus on making new cruise ships that are smaller and can go into smaller European ports. All the cruise ships they are building can not go in the smaller European ports and these old ships will eventually become so outdated no one will want to travel on them. We shall see, but the renovations they are doing I don't believe is updating these ships enough for people today or what they want. Just my opinion.

Many ports could have used 2 days. Difficult to choose excursions without feeling like you missed something.

Besides ALLA Tours in St Petersbourg I would skip the other three I took and did it by my own, anyway, it's how you learn. It's false you take a risk if you do not take Cruise Shore Excursions, take time to pick a local operator, no problem about time schedule.

The Baltic Sea Cruise was my best so far, except for Skagen which is a cute town but not much to visit there

The cruise was all it was supposed to be and more, exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. We enjoyed every moment of every day, looking forward to the next cruise.

Let me suggest, that cabin 8087 should never be rented out, other than to the deaf or those that plan on partying late. The Centrum area, to which only a thin wall separates, sends noise to the cabin throughout the evening and into the night. So one is living as with a constant ghetto blaster radio turned up next door. Not having a decent night sleep is certainly extremely difficult to deal with, especially for 12 days... Why not soundproof this room or have parties in the bars and other venues on the ship instead?

I gave the disembarkment a 3 because the airport was crazy for Air Canada. Not the cruise’s fault, but definitely needed more time. Air Canada took over an hour to check baggage, then long additional lines for security and passports. We felt rushed trying to catch our plane even though we had 3 hours. Others traveling on other airlines said theirs went smoothly. I think it may have just been Air Canada. I would not recommend traveling with this airline. 3 across in rows and very cramped. 2nd leg of trip we had to purchase our own food. It was about $50. But overall this is a fantastic journey to enjoy and we loved every leg of the voyage! ♥️

We met lots of lovely people, had a wonderful time, probably ate too much' but who cares. It was supposed to be a relaxing holiday and it was, and more. Loved every minute of the cruise. Regards Andrew

Our 12 day Baltic’s cruise was so enjoyable. With 5 port days in a row though it was tiring, but a once in a lifetime trip.

The cruise length and shore excursions were all excellent. The only disappointment was the selections at the dinner meals.

It was a great experience for the first time on cruise vacation. It was a great trip, perfect weather, beautiful ship and great crew!! Perfect!! We come back!!

At first was concerned of size having only sailed on largest ships, but this was very nice afterall. Had what we needed mostly..afterall, we were off ship alot. I didn't notice any problems or age of ship appearance issues.

We had a wonderful time! The crew was the best we had so far!

Great ports of call. Would drop Skagen, Denmark and add Oslo, Norway. Having excellent weather made all the difference in walking and touring the cities.
