Fantastic voyage! Enjoyed the cruise! Excellent service!

Great crew, had one of the best vacations in a long time on board this shop. Ship was maintained great. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Only great things to say about the Brilliance.

I've seen a few people attacked when they leave a lackluster review so let me preface this by saying I love cruising! Honestly, I've been hooked since day 1. I even got married on a Carnival cruise ship! This is my 3rd Royal Caribbean cruise. This is the first time I've ever been ready for my trip to be over. I'm so sad to say that I was completely underwhelmed by this vacation. The ship showed some wear but nothing terrible, a few missing elevator buttons here and there, chipped paint, gouges in the walls. Nothing that would take away from the beautiful views. The attitude of the crew,however, did dampen the trip. Everyone just seemed like they were bothered by the guests. I felt like a nuisance every single time asking for a soda refill at the windjammer. The first night in the main dining room, the chicken was undercooked and the wait staff seemed rushed and frantic. The first smile our head waiter cracked was at the end when he asked that we remember him when filling out our survey. We did not try the main dining room again until the last 2 nights. Our wait staff there was terrific! Dennis and Elizabeth were amazing! Also, our stateroom attendant, Angela, was excellent! The rest of the crew seemed overworked, overwhelmed and in need of a vacation of their own. We were often bored and so were our kids. They liked Adventure Ocean okay. Our 7 year old was always ready to be picked up sooner than expected and our 4 year old didn't want to go at all after the first time. It was a stark contrast to our experience on Disney where we had to basically drag them out (but that's probably not a fair comparison). We had an issue with a pre cruise purchase we made on RCCL cruise planner. We had to jump thru hoops to get it corrected. I mean, seriously, we had to go thru 4 different people and didn't get it settled until day 3! For stinking arcade credit! This wasn't the ship for us, obviously. I feel like the overall feeling of the other guests was the same as ours. The guest relations desk was always full of angry cruisers. We had to visit there twice ourselves. We were still on a cruise vacation so it was still a good time. The shows were okay. The food was okay. The stateroom was okay. Our experience was just okay. Meh...

Excellent time. I highly recommend this cruise and this ship. You will not be disappointed.

Brilliance is a smaller ship but was beautiful and had wonderful shows and plenty to do. Food was great in dining room and wind jammer. Great service.

Beautiful, clean ship with nice swanky new furniture! Love the size of this ship, not too big, but has lots of amenities without ever feeling crowded. The crew was excellent also, only the bar staff could've used a little more personality, but they were very busy. Would recommend this ship to new or experienced cruisers of all ages!

Im not a negative person at all, but this ship was definitely lacking in the hype. We are comparing Brilliance to 2 other RCCL ships and we would not cruise Brilliance again. The other two ships, we would cruise again in a heartbeat!! My husband and I like to watch all the events from poolside. There were only 2 worth watching...belly flop contest and sexiest man. The shows were lacking as well. I fell asleep during one show, and in some of the others we walked out. The ventriloquist show was good and the last nights farewell show with the comedian was decent. We also couldn't figure out why the Love and Marriage show was at 3:00 in the afternoon. The other cruises offered this show for late night as it wasn't appropriate for children. I'm glad we had a nice size room with a balcony bc we spent more time in our stateroom than ever before. The downfall to the balcony room was the noise from the other balcony rooms...doors constantly slamming all hours of the night. The service was good, food was good, dinning staff for table 405 was good as well.

It was absolutely amazing. The staff and crew were friendly and and more than accommodating. We had the most amazing wait staff. They couldnt do enough to make our dining experience perfect. Out steward was fantastic. Our cabin was cleaned twice a day with turn down sevice and we didnt want for anything. The food was delicious and plentiful with an abundance of choices. I would rate Chop's grill among the best of the best. The food and staff were amazing and reasonably priced. The people we met at our dining table were awesome and we now consider them friends.We have slreafy made pland to meet next week.

Without that huge incident that happened I had a great time it was my first tome on a cruise .

It was an amazing cruise, Cozumel Mexico Mr sanchos is the best , going back , I want to ride horses!!!

Lots of elderly people in the ship! There was NO Teen Club for my son (false advertisement on Cheap Carribean website)! There was a total of 3,700 guests (most were old) in the ship and only one med size swimming pool. There was hardly any activities: miniature golf and rock climbing only. I heard Carnival Cruises are much more fun.

This was our first cruise and i did not know what to expect, i was pleased overall with the cruise, the ship was nice, the food was excellent, the housekeeping staff were wonderful, some of the entertaining staff were stuck up, couldn't get a smile out of them at all but for the most part everyone was nice. we went one our first night to Giovanni's table, OMG it was delicious, the best filet mignon i had. The next night was Chops Grill, another OMG the rib eye was so good! i would recommend both places. I would consider doing another cruise with RCCL.

Great getaway. Come ready to have fun and relax. Ready to do it again.

Great ship! She is older in the Royal fleet but still wows. We stayed on Deck 8, balcony room and could hear our neighbor quite a bit so thinner walls then we are used to but we made the most of it! Loved the Schooner Bar and Colony Club!

Great experience. Staff very good at paying attention to little details. Even though smaller ship it didn’t feel crowded except for after popular shows/games. A must do excursion is the legacy of Mayan ruins and chocolate factory tour.

Loved this cruise Ship was great Food in the Windjammer was excellent and the staff in the Windjammer were the best Went to Paradise Beach Club and had a great time
