Review summary

It was absolutely amazing. The staff and crew were friendly and and more than accommodating. We had the most amazing wait staff. They couldnt do enough to make our dining experience perfect. Out steward was fantastic. Our cabin was cleaned twice a day with turn down sevice and we didnt want for anything. The food was delicious and plentiful with an abundance of choices. I would rate Chop's grill among the best of the best. The food and staff were amazing and reasonably priced. The people we met at our dining table were awesome and we now consider them friends.We have slreafy made pland to meet next week.

It was a lot cleaner than I expected. We did the shopping experience with Amanda and it was fabulous. Amanda is friendly and caring and makes sure everyone has a safe and wonderful experienxe

Wonderful to hear!! Were sailing on the Brillance September 2019. I've learned that there's always going to be mixed reviews with every cruise ship and every cruise line. Again, very happy to hear you had such a wonderful cruise!! :)

Loved your review! My family will sail for the first time on the Brilliance on the 26 of this month. We have heard horror stories, it is refreshing to hear a positive review.. We are super pumped!!😳
