Review summary

I thought I paid for my gratuities upfront when I booked with a agent, so I ended up with gratuitie charges plus other things I brought duing the cruise such as drinks, wifi that did not work !, pictures, and arcade charges that resulted in a $600+ bill on my last day of the cruise. This cruise was definitely overpriced and not worth the money I spent on it.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
I did not like the food at all. They repeated most of the same foods everyday. Food was not high quality. I definitely did not like the desserts. I felt like food was to fancy.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The on board activitys were not very exciting. The pools were very deep to me. One pool was 6 feet deep and the ither was 8 feet deep. Their was one kiddie pool with a water slide that my son got in, once it started raining, I could like take him to the inside pool because it was too deep and it was only for 16 years and up. Very inconvenienced.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The DJ'S did not have good music, when my family and myself tried requesting songs, he either did not have the song or did not play it at all. The comedy show was not funny!

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
I did like the childrens club. I would have liked it better if they had more availability hours. The hours was 2pm-5pm, and 7-10pm free of charge. From 10pm-1am it was $7 per hour.

The room attendant stayed on top of our room !

Ship tip

This cruise is more favorable towards older white people. The food isn't that great, entertainment sucks, and very expensive.

There is no 8-foot-deep pool on Brilliance. I'm 6'5" tall and could touch the bottom without being underwater.

Older white people who dont deserve good food or entertainment. Lmao can only imagine what the news outlets would say if i wrote something similiar about someone who isnt white.
