Review summary

Customer Service was great and food an staff were amazing. it was confusing having Mexico time and ship time which were different. Tampa port was not fun bothleaving and arriving back. Very disorganized and there were only 2 customs officers checking in 1000's of passengers returing.

I was on this cruise. We found both embarkation and disembarkation very quick and easy. We did self-assisted disembarkation and we were off the ship in about 20 minutes from the time we walked out of our cabin.

Appreciate your feedback. Once you have cruised a few more times, staying on ship time ( that doesn’t change) becomes easier than changing for different ports! Glad you enjoyed your cruise.

Time not changing is easier on the crew, and not very confusing unless you have been drinking. Glad World Travel Holdings got you a good trip.
