Review summary

We had a good time being away from the hustle and bustle of life but there was very little to do on the ship and Royal Caribbean cancelled our first excursion due to a cultural event at the ruins. I feel like the cruise line should have known about that and should have simply left it off of their available excursions. I didn’t even know it was cancelled till I went to get cash from guest services for the excursion.

Main dining room was nice but the food was not as good as other cruises we have been on. The food was over cooked most of the time. Steaks, eggs and scallops especially. The buffet was decent but very small.

We saw a couple shows. The comedian was awful but the music show was better.

The size was fine but the comfort was subpar. The bed was very hard. We had asked for a mattress topper or extra quilts to sleep on but that issue was never resolved. The couch was made of a rough material and seemed very old and worn. They did keep the room clean.
