Review summary

Don't set your expectations too high. I've cruised on a lot of RCCL ships and this is the first time I can see the decline in service, food quality, etc. They have cut back on the crew and it shows. The crew that remains is great and they will do what they can to help you, please you. I've never said this about RCCL, but you get what you pay for now.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The good food was in the speciality restaurants. The dining room and Windjammer were extremely disappointing. Food was boring, poor tasting and the menus got old fast. They need better chefs and a more varied menu.

Ship Quality

The public bathrooms were often out of TP, floors were wet. The paper towels need to be on the same side as the sinks. The sinks are so big that you can't help but drip water everywhere. Often the Purell dispensers were empty.

Ship tip

They seem to use the smaller ships to train the crew and then send them off to the larger ships.
