Review summary
The ship had a very personal, intimate feel. We engaged with most of the entertainment staff and participated in the activities, including a drama class and play, as well as walking a marathon. Because the ship had so many days at sea, they introduced activities that they aren't able to do on shorter cruises, like the Brilliant Race which was their take on the Amazing Race. It was implemented well and a definite highlight of the cruise. We thought that we would get bored on that small of a ship with the long itinerary but it was quite the contrary. Mike Szwajkowski, the cruise director, made sure that we were entertained throughout the cruise. He was the most impressive cruise director that we have had in our 38 cruises. We were so impressed by the cruise that we made sure to book the same ship next November for the transatlantic crossing. Definitely worth our time.Embarkation
