Review summary

Nice cruise. However the cruise was more for the very mature audience. The cabin was nice and our steward John was outstanding. The customer service personnel was also fantastic. Our cruise director Sandie Salph is FANTASTIC! Her due diligence assisted in us having a wonderful cruise. We'll always use Sandie as our cruise director.

Are you referring to your travel agent? The cruise director on the Brilliance is named Chloe.
