what cruise?

The cruise on 2/23/15 was canceled due to fog, or so we were led to believe. Do not book cruises out of Tampa from Nov to Feb. Terrible fog for days. The worst part is that Royal Caribbean took two days to inform us that the five day cruise was not going to happen. We are still waiting for the"full" refund and a supposed 25% discount certificate. That 25% will not entice my family to return to RC considering the loss of vacation time at our jobs, flights purchased from Michigan to Florida, and motel/meals purchased for the days we expected to be on a cruise. Sad experience.
