Great food. Lovely staff in meals areas , cabin attendants, and bars, let down by admin.We will give Viking a go for our next holidays. If priority is new guests that fine, but no need to rub it in by putting us on a shuttle 45 minutes too early, forcing about a dozen back guests to watch dozens of new arrivals parade through customs, and leaving us wait until everyone else was looked after. Poorly done Adamara, you lost me!

Food was high standard when compared to cheap lines such as Princess Celebrity and Norweigen. Variety was good, and large amount of quality finger food all day and night at events. Great variety of European cheeses on 1st cruise to Croatia, but 7 days later not such a great range when we sailed through Greece.

The ship has excellent pianist, Derek. There were some very good guest performances, in particular a British sole pianist and a comedian. A family group of violinists with teenage singer appeared for 1 night. It was very ordinary. We could not hear her singing, the 3 violinists were probably good but back up piped music was so loud it was hard to dicifer what was really going on.

Overall excellent until first day of our 3rd cruise. Admin staff made it clear back to back guests are the lowest priority. I will be trying Viking next cruise.

Average size. Opposite laundry but only occasionally noisy. Most guests respectful but there were loud mouth Americans who insisted on yelling everything to everyone whilst holding laundry door open to maximise their audience.
Ship tip
Ignore any phone advise re embarcation. Best to turn up late as they are not as well organised as other companies we have sailed with. This is our second cruise and threadbare first was even worse.
We were back to back. Should not have been sent off ship. We were told to attend meeting at 3.30pm. We were not told we would be send via shuttle to greek customs to watch 100 new guests check in. After the very last guest had finished we had to have our passports scanned. TOTAL AVOIDABLE WASTE OF TIME 100% POOR MANAGMENT BY AZAMARA. they could have waited until new guests had finished before sending us on shuttle to customs building. OR they could have interrupted flow for the 16 of us. But no, they did nothing but blame Greek authorities.
