The directors need to work more closely together for better guest experience. New cruise director needs better training. Hotel director very seasoned & great leader. However food disappointing. Spa was terrible & should be removed from the ship!!!

Food was average especially considering the cost of the cruise. Many dishes we had to send back. However, The restaurant staff was very attentive & knowledgable. Only ate in main dining room, no specialty restaurants.
