Review summary

and Katie Bentley, horrible service from her. This was third cruise using them. Will never use again. She is non responsive, attitude horrible and lied about us having transport after port change, and then ghosting us. Cost us $400. Horrible experience. Have tried to report this several times and can’t get to speak to anyone about her lack of service.

Food was very good. Buffets not so much along with canapés at bars.

Pool areas not kept clean from cups glasses etc. Fitness center great.

Good job on entertainment. Very engaging. Opera singers in Florence were amazing.

Staff was outstanding. Most were eager to please. Elizabeth, one of the chief officers was engaging, and very visible throughout cruise.

Center of ship smelled of sewage daily, constantly. Layout of ship was fine.

Cabin was very comfortable. Cleanliness was fine. Had to keep calling for same things.

Ship tip

If you’ve sailed true luxury ships, you may be disappointed. These ships are 20 years old refurbished ships. They do not have amenities of newer ships. If you’ve asked middle class, you will be alright. Just know what you’re getting into. Advertised on Cruises as “New Ship”. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Cruises Only dropped the ball on getting us ground transport to Bologna. Katie Bentley, at cruises, the worst. Will never use again. Cost us $400 to get there from Venice.
