Sorry to hear that the cruise didn't meet even basic expectations. It doesn't surprise me though as we were on Arcadia in October last year for almost 3 weeks and it was awful. There seems to be a lack of direction from management and a blasé attitude towards passengers from the latter. They couldn't blame norovirus on covid which is their favourite excuse 😉
