Great overall but needs some improvement, looking forward to seeing the refit , have rebooted for 2018 in October, let's hope they have improved, thank you

Cabin was clean, towels are very poor. Toilet system is dated and brakes easily

Go to the buffet for breakfast and pay extra for meals
On check out, no lifts available for people who wanted to get off themselves, got pulled to one side by staff as our account was on a signed agreement, but this was not updated had to wait a while to get of ,no apologies
