I was not happy with the itinerary on this Ship it was very boring, only 3 shows for A ten day cruise and we only got to see 2 of them and walked out in the middle because it was terrible. The other show was canceled due to technical difficulties and the other show we were told by the staff member don’t bother because it is very depressing. This was after we had already booked them prior to boarding and they lost our reservation and we had to rebook them. The shore excursion dept was really no help when asking questions about an excursion we told figure it out and get back to me when you want to book one most are still avail, some help the guy was. Then to disembark we waited where we were suppose to and we’re forgo about with 4 other people if it wasn’t for a supervisor we would have been on the ship forever it was bad enough it was already an hour after our time. Very very disappointed with this ship. I also want to mention that the shower leaked and when we mention it nothing gets done except to give us extra towels to clean up the water, if I wanted to clean I would have stayed home and not to mention not once in that 20 days were the sheets changed on our bed at all or the floor vacuumed. This is totally unacceptable for the amount of money you pay for a vacation. Enough said!!

Overall, A big disappointment. You get a fair price for the cruise but Then Royal Caribbean nickel and dimes you on everything else. Royal caribbean charges you a fortune for a soda package but they make it very Difficult to get any soda. Royal Carribean have greatly cut back on the amount of food you can have The buffet is only open at limited times. Your choices of food after 9pm are both very limited and poor Basically after 9pm you had a choice of really bad pizza Or sandwiches that we're mostly bread and very little of anything else. The shore excursions we're very expensive and very Poorly orchestrated, in Halifax we had to stand out side the Cruise terminal in the rain for over an hour IN THE RAIN!! Before any busses were loaded. Royal Caribbean's customer service was rigid Not helpful and unresponsive. Basically if you had took a complaint to Guest services, you spoke to someone who Acted like they couldn't fully understand you And made you repeat yourself so many times That in the end you just get so frustrated You end up walking away with your issue unresolved. All in all a very poor experience that left you wanting I seriously doubt I will ever cruise with Royal Caribbean again. BJ's however we're great, They offered me a good deal overall and we're helpful and attentive. BJ'S customer service was great!! I would definitely use BJ's travel again!!!.

Nice cruise plan with many things to at the ports, all the ports have sometimes to do even if you don’t book a excursion. Boston was a long walk to see the sites from the ship. The lobster on bar harbor was yummy and the Seaford chowder in Portland at bay of fundy was the best I every had. Easy cruise to go on with just enough time in each port.

Xaing and Rakeshkumar were so wonderful in the Gramde Dining room (table 409). And Ahmet - head waiter was so thoughtful and caring at all times. They really made my family feel welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you so much!

Subpar. Ship too large to provide customized service. Too many kids everywhere even though school had started.

Didn’t care for My Time dinning food at Main Dinning Room. Manny our cabin person, Jessie at Chop Grille, Jonathan at Jamie’s Italian Restaurant, Deccy and Sunshine of Izumi Asian were all excellent.

Best cruise ever. I loved the ship and Bermuda is beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed our cruise to Bermuda. The anthem is a nice ship, although it does not have the wow factor of the oasis. The food and service was good. We did not try the specialty restaurants but we especially enjoyed the bistro in the solarium. They served breakfast lunch and dinner without the crowds of buffet and main dining room. The solarium also is a nice place to relax without the the crowds by the main pools. We shows on the ship were ok, my favorites were the spectra cabaret and they had a accapella group that was terrific. One complaint I have is the dress codes are not enforced. Formal night is a joke with some in dress clothes, jackets and ties and some in tee shirts and gym shorts The sloppy attire belongs at the buffet, or stop the dress codes all together. My balcony cabin was very comfortable and spacious. Bermuda was beautiful, I really enjoyed the 2 days we spent there.

This was not our first trip to Bermuda. The locals are friendly and helpful. There is some improvement needed aboard this ship. We were a little disappointed in a few things, but not enough for it to ruin our vacation. Looking forward to our next voyage.

Highly recommend this ship, these ports of departure and destination. Book it soon as you can!

You distorted one of my large pieces of luggage goin onto the ship. You glued it together worthless. You then ripped and ruined my other piece of luggage leaving the ship. You entertainment on this ship was worh a C rating. We have cruised over 15 ships. For the size of this ship you should have had top entertainment. You are NOT an NCL. Profit margins are very high and you are too cheap. Never again RCL. Nice ship design and layout.

The ships crew was great. Our stateroom attendant, Al was on point. The casino staff was amazing, and I lost. The only negative was the Nextcruise team. They gave me a price almost $2500 more than I found on the royal caribbean website. When I pushed for an answer why was told that I should just be cheap and book online. When I said that if I did that I would look at other cruise lines I was told that was fine because they didn't want me to cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Excellent staff services! Quality of food could be better.

Not sure if ill do RC again.. too many Hidden Fees this time. My partner drinks, i had 7-9 alcohol drinks in 9 days! Just wrong! Not happy. We were planning on doing other excursions,but the extra $600 took away from this.

Great cruise overall, wish we had more time in St John and Halifax

The cruise was great however there were not many adult activity. The shows were good but I was hoping for a little more being that this was my first royal Caribbean cruise.

This is definitely one of my top cruises. Wonderful experience.

The ship was beautiful, state of the art, and lots of activities.

The waters were rocky, as a result a lot of the on board excursions were cancelled. Myself and a lot of cruisers were upset because our reservations were cancelled and they were accommodated.

The cruise, overall experience was decent. It's a large ship, however, I don't feel there are enough rooms to host live entertainment activities. Most of the activities were hosted in the Music Hall, including it being the night club.
