Review summary
Overall, A big disappointment. You get a fair price for the cruise but Then Royal Caribbean nickel and dimes you on everything else. Royal caribbean charges you a fortune for a soda package but they make it very Difficult to get any soda. Royal Carribean have greatly cut back on the amount of food you can have The buffet is only open at limited times. Your choices of food after 9pm are both very limited and poor Basically after 9pm you had a choice of really bad pizza Or sandwiches that we're mostly bread and very little of anything else. The shore excursions we're very expensive and very Poorly orchestrated, in Halifax we had to stand out side the Cruise terminal in the rain for over an hour IN THE RAIN!! Before any busses were loaded. Royal Caribbean's customer service was rigid Not helpful and unresponsive. Basically if you had took a complaint to Guest services, you spoke to someone who Acted like they couldn't fully understand you And made you repeat yourself so many times That in the end you just get so frustrated You end up walking away with your issue unresolved. All in all a very poor experience that left you wanting I seriously doubt I will ever cruise with Royal Caribbean again. BJ's however we're great, They offered me a good deal overall and we're helpful and attentive. BJ'S customer service was great!! I would definitely use BJ's travel again!!!.Embarkation
