Food was good but could of had more of a wow factor in main dining room (American Icon) although couldn’t fault our waiters. Plenty to choose from in the Windjammer restaurant and catered for different tastes and found a table to sit at upon arriving

Long queues for the bumper cars for a 90 minute go. Didn’t use the pools much. Enjoyed our ride on the extended North Star ride

The waiters we had in the American Icon were very good, friendly and made us feel welcome, Laura, Erwin & Heman especially. We didn’t catch his name but the guitar playing, singing greeter on entrance to the Windjammer was exceptional. His cheerful greeting and singing “happy, happy, washy, washy” was one of highlights each morning, he brought smiles to everyone and quite often singing with him

As a disabled person in a mobility scooter, I found the layout and design very easy and there weren’t many places I couldn’t access. All bathrooms had a button to press for an automatic door to open which were great. My only complaint is that in the disabled toilet they also have a pull down handrail as well as the fixed handrail on the wall, I personally need a handrail each side and found it difficult to get up with only one

Clean and tidy. Extremely comfortable bed and met all my disabled needs
Speechless! A beautiful, stunning small town/village surrounded by mountains. A train station and few shops very close to the ship or sit by the crystal clear fjord
