Overall we enjoyed the trip, but nothing special compared to other cruises.
The crew went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. However we did feel a little nickel and dimed by RC, so probably time to try another cruise line.
Embarkation

Very easy, despite the personalities of the staff, some were not nice at all. Luckily we found a very helpful Jamaican lady, who checked us all in, in no time.

Food and Dining

There was a lot of food, however we didn’t always like it. Coastal was great. Dining room service was great, food was inconsistent.
Don’t understand why we had all day free pizza and cookies, but had to pay for popcorn at shows.
Room service food and presentation need some work.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed IFLY, although the staff was short and abrupt with guests.
Bumper cars, NorthStar, rock climbing, we did a lot of Trivia and karaoke, was great. Pools are small and way too crowded, poor planning of the ship.

Overall the staff work very hard and want you to have a great time. Most will bend over backwards to make sure you leave satisfied. Which makes the few surprising outliers really stand out

Our cabin steward (Roy) was always on duty, he does a great job, great attitude. Room was well maintained, kept our ice stocked.
Since the channel options were not great, they should consider smart TVs (at least in suites, since everyone has WiFi)
The political climate made this a disappointing stop. PR is beautiful and that was hidden behind graffiti and boarded up windows and doors. Would have toured and shopped more
Stayed at the beach all day.
Great people. We didn’t think they were more aggressive than any other market environment in the world (eg Turkey). They are hustling to make a living, just say ‘no thanks’ if you are not interested.
