From the first RCCL person to the very last, they were all so nice and very helpful.
The food , entertainment and the activities were all greater than my exceptions.
We had a wonderful time.

Our stateroom steward kept our room spotless, every crew member met us with a smile and a warm greeting on a daily basis. The waiters continuously filled our glasses and cleaned up our plates.

The ship was spotless from Aft to Forward. The common bathrooms were sparking and fresh.

My only complaint and this is minuscule, the bed was a bit to close to the balcony door.
This was a very tough port to rate, as we were there in between the protests. A lot of stores were boarded up and many of the streets were abandoned. We felt sorry for the people of the island, but do plan on going back.
