This was one of our best cruises after going on about 24 cruises in various Cruise Lines. The staff was so good, as well as the food that we have booked another cruise on the very same ship in January 2020. We are very excited to be back on the Anthem of the Seas, because of the staff as well as the captain. We have two friends and family about our trip and have encouraged them to go on a cruise with Royal Caribbean as well. God bless you all for being a blessing to us!

Windjammer buffet was the best I have ever had out of all of my cruises! Good job staff! Food was excellent! I have been on 13 Royal Caribbean Cruises. The main dining room was a little above mediocre, and the service was slow. That is the reason we started eating at the Windjammer. What a great choice! Thank you!

We did the bumper cars and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Had a lot of fun. Wanted to do the Northstar but it was inoperable the entire cruise. Technical difficulties.
Entertainment

We set 45 minutes to see their performance, the gift. However, after the show started oh, it was only about 10 minutes and then there was technical difficulties. In the show stopped. Very disappointed. Did not go back to any more shows. Other people upset as well.

Our room steward, Delroy, was very thorough and prompt. He did everything we asked of him very efficient. Therefore, we had no problem giving him an additional gratuity. The hostess at the main dining, on my time, was exceptional. Her name was Armmie. It was because of her oh, that we even came back to the main dining because of food was not as good as at the Windjammer. She was very pleasant and did her very best to see us at the same table every night as a couple by the window for our anniversary. Thank you!

I thought the Oasis of the Seas what continue to be our favorite ship oh, as well as the symphony. This was our favorite ship, as matter fact oh, we booked it again on next Cruise for next year. It is very simple to get around and very spacious. A lot of places to sit down and just talk as well as eat.

We had an ocean-view balcony and it was perfect! Nice and spacious, and well ventilated. Very clean.
Ship tip
You will be very happy with the service that you get from all of the workers. We enjoy the captain and his daily morning report in news. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you have an enjoyable trip. Only downfall is oh, make sure that you are prepared for the mandatory drill before leaving Port. It was an organized and we had to go stand up a long time, and watch a movie
Our Excursion was good. Enjoyed learning the history of Bermuda. Beat the crowded cruise ship excursions, because we went through shore excursions and did the Island Tour Bermuda. It was well organized and are driver was very knowledgeable.
This was the least favorite part of our trip. We enjoyed our Excursion, Saint Martin Rendezvous and Beach break. However, it was very depressing to see how the people are suffering and still recovering from the hurricane. At the beginning of the Excursion, it was hard to find where to meet. Our group was left when leaving the ship, because the tour guides that us at the port was walking too fast, and it was unorganized. Half of the group went straight when we came to the end of the port and the other half turned right. The tour attendant had to go searching for the other half of the group because they weren't paying attention and watching out the them. A lot of the older ones could not keep up. The lunch provided at the little restaurant that was beside the beach that they took us to was very good.. Bang Bang Shrimp sandwiches the best, however, be careful when ordering the grouper fish because it was not completely cooked.
This was our favorite Port, as well as our favorite Excursion. We did the Puerto Rico by land and sea Excursion and it was excellent. Received a lot of information and it was wonderful to be able to cruise around San Juan. This is a must! Afterwards oh, we went to a restaurant near the castle at downtown San Juan Inn ate one of their national dish is called, mofongo. It was very good and flavorful. Get the shrimp Mofongo if you like seafood, you will not be disappointed. Shopping was good and was able to purchase a lot of souvenirs, beach bags, and t-shirts for family at home.
This is our fourth time to Labadee Haiti and it seems like each time it declines. The food what's mediocre, a lot of it we could not eat, especially the ribs because they were too tough. There needs to be a sign do not feed the animals. At least five mangy dogs were up around the eating area is coming to the tables because people kept feeding them. It was hard for us to enjoy our meal, this is unsanitary. We're going on other private islands with cruise lines that have the sign do not feed the animals. I enjoy dogs but I do not want them around while we're eating especially when they are uncleaned impossibly having diseases. The beach was wonderful. The best I've been to in a long time.
A lot of people were confused in the beginning of disembarkation. Once we got off a cruise ship and was getting our luggage, the lines were all over the place in no one knew which way to go. People were confused.
