Review summary
This is a beautiful ship with Avery unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The cruise director dosnt have the drive in him to have fun dosnt keep the crowd entertained. The customer service desk only k ow how to say well I’m sorry for the trouble but there is nothing we can do. The best part was our room attendant iggy not only was he exceptional at his job he was funny please take and just a wonderful person. You definitely need more of him on this ship. On your Labadee the staff isn’t helpful at all no organization for the trams and when it was brought to the attention of the guy running it he literally wanted to fight my aunt because she took a picture to tell guest service and no security from you was to be found for at least 10 to 15 minutes some of the women that braid hair had to defuse the situation And to top it off they offered a 15% discount on a future cruise and I never received the letterEmbarkation
