HAHAHAHA @ "feel entitled" ...

No probably just came to complain. Lol, if he came before the cruise he would of found better information to enjoy the cruise. Too late, so complain he does. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Lol......

No cruises listed. Fake news.

As he has complaints about size of room, he must of been in a studio. So he didn't pay double as he said. Yes, he pay more than the posted rate. as it's for TWO in one room. If he spent as much time Before the cruise as he did to complain. He would of had a better cruise. Yes, anthem is a big ship. But because it's a big ship, it has much more to OFFER. But you can't just get on and think RCCL is going to hold his hand and Show him were to go and have fun. Another clueless traveler who would rather blame everyone but himself for not having fun.

Anthem has a single supplement...I booked my sister in one for our upcoming cruise, something doesn’t seem right about your review I’m sorry to say.

So you order from the menu, eat the entire course plus desert and then some, then ask for a refund? That sounds reasonable... Makes total sense.

This is why you read reviews, do your research and use a travel agent.

Why did you pay double fare? Anthem has both inside studio and super studio balcony rooms. So you could of been smart with that. Only 26 total but if you booked early, a better deal. But you say the cabin was small? So if it was a studio, you didn't day double! Also the cabins on Anthem are very well thought out and larger than most ships. Better cruise on HAL, as they cater to a older crowd. Lol, im 62. Plan on NOT doing a HAL cruise for 15 more years.

What does solo have to do with it? I cruise solo all the time and pay the single supplement. I'll be on Anthem in a couple months. BTW - at many ports the ramps and passenger gangways are set and owned by the Port, not the cruise line.

Think this review sums up how important it is to do your research using sites such as cruise mate before you book. You may well be better off cruising on a smaller ship. The ramp problem may not have happened on a cruise stopping in large ports with built in walkways to embark rather than ramps. The entertainment on the Anthem cannot be described as poor, but may not be to your taste. The 270 lounge is amazing on a ship.

That's one of the biggest ships in the ocean, how close to your door did you expect everthing to be?

get over it and get a life

Cruise lines do not refund a passenger for not meeting your expectations. How many other people used that same ramp with no problems? Just a shame you didn't enjoy your cruise.
