Review summary

Thi8s was the first time the ship went to New England and Canada. The ports were Boston, Portland, Bar Harbor, St. John, and Halifax. The ports were good. There is a lot of history and coastline to see. However, the quality of things offered on the ship has seriously declined. The food was not good. People went to the Grande Restaurant and Chic and complained about the long waits for food. Some mornings it was not possible to get a seat in the Windjammer for breakfast. So much is not included. In one restaurant you don't have to pay for coffee and in another restaurant you do. For what I paid for a suite the headline entertainment could have been better.

The room had good space. However, the bed was hard as rocks and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I sometimes had to call to have the room cleaned because of the schedule for morning and evening room cleaning.

Ship tip

Reserve things on line well in advance and then cancel if you don't want them.
