Review summary

The restaurants and food were all exceptional. The dining room staff were top notch as was the room steward. The shows weren't as good as on other cruises and there was big complaint. There needs to be a pool for adults only. Infants who are not toilet trained in diapers should not be allowed in any pool. One selfish guest brought their baby into the main pool and its diaper exploded contaminating the pool.. The pool was closed and drained and NO ONE could use it for the rest of the day. One selfish parent ruined the afternoon for hundreds of people. SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!

As a parent. I know when my child is going to poop. And I check him often and only keep him in for like 10 minutes at a time. Responsible parents should not be penalized.

As an adult, i know when im going to throw up. They should have gotten out of the pool. Thats disgusting. As is feces from a child. Both are pretty gross in my opinion

thecruiseaholics    8 years ago

Not really. The pool still needs to be shut down. Royal should not charge full price for toddlers and give a joke of a pool for them .

Thecruiseaholic, someone throwing up is completely different than someone putting feces in a public pool!!! That's a no brainer!!!

How well did the person sitting next to you wipe, or the ladies on their cycle. How about he people with stds. But you worry about a baby? Hmm.

You can't tell me that an eight year old doesn't pee in the pool. Should they not be allowed either? Maybe they should get rid of all the pools

The solarium pool is supposed to be adults only.

hapster85    8 years ago

Toddlers in swim diapers are already not supposed to be in the pool. It's up to the staff to enforce it. Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen, and this is the result.

I second that motion

@sockakid11 -yes I certainly enjoyed the kid free solarium -the best part of the cruise

thecruiseaholics    8 years ago

They closed the pool on our trip because an adult threw up. Should adults not eat or drink??

sockakid11    8 years ago

They do have an adult only pool area. It is called the solarium. Beautiful area and had workers there to kick kids out of the area

thecruiseaholics    8 years ago

They charge full price for babies. Maybe they should have a pool with more than an inch of water for toddlers.
