@ roeroe60. Really? Could have turned over at any time? Your lack of knowledge of what any ship can do--such as listing--is amazing. Probably a good idea not to take another cruise. Stay on land.

I was also on the ship. Worst experience of my life.. Crew was awful

I was also on the ship during the hurricane. How dare any of you to say how we felt and what really was taking place on that ship.. We saw the waves coming over our decks, heard the wind and 16 hours stuck in our cabin.. Yes! Through the grace of God we are alive.. Everyone saw pictures we could of turned over at anytime.. The lack of knowledge and lies was frustrating .. I can go on and on .

Continued- the rooms which is very scary! I was on the ship w my husband and 5 year old autistic son and it was very stressful- very glad we are safe. 24 hours of rough seas but I still feel like we had a great time and will sail again. I hope you recover quickly and remember your safe!

I was on the ship also- it is very frustrating for those who were not on the ship to pass judgement. Everyone has different views, many were first time cruisers so they don't know what to expect, so it was more traumatic for others. Not to mention I feel that where you were on ship really impacted your experience of the storm many could not even go in their staterooms because of water entering-

I talked to a gentleman that was on that cruise and he said it was not even half as bad as they made it out to be. He was on the cruise the week after at the same time we were on. We just returned today. He was having a great time and had no complaints. He said he got a free week and half off another cruise. You can't control Mother Nature. And the ship was not in ruins. We had a great time.

I am sorry this was horrible. You did NOT almost loose your lives. Although at the moment I am sure it was VERY scary! I can only imagine that this experience would be scary.
