I was in a bad mood, and mom wasn't feeling well and just wanted to go to bed. Her wheelchair broke at the airport, and the HAL crew were amazing in helping her get on the ship and comfortable while others were fixing up her chair so she could have a fantastic cruise. ABOVE AND BEYOND
