Our cruise was very good, excellent entertainment, great bar staff at SABOR tequila Bar, food quality in main dinning room was not up to normal standards but service was great. I thought we were suppose to get a 50.00 on board credit but only got 25.00 not sure why about that from cheap cruise. over all excellent cruise

This was a great cruise for our 8 family members! We celebrated 2 birthdays and 1 wedding anniversary, and could not have chosen a better way to celebrate! We all loved Allure of the Seas and all she had to offer!!

Overall we enjoyed the cruise but will select Harmony next time we booked a an Oasis size cruise ship.

Excellent Cruise. Favorite Port was Roatan closely followed by Costa Maya. Great food, great service, overall a wonderful way to spend a first cruise!

Wonderful service, food and entertainment. Royal Caribbean’s quality of service surpasses your imagination and I am so appreciative. We especially loved our stateroom attendant Demetriy, our dining room attendant Keon and the new Diamond club happy hour

This is not a traditional cruising experience, as the ship is set up for families. Few people observe formal nights. That said, as an older couple, we did enjoy it overall. The ports in the Western Caribbean itinerary don't offer much unless you like to snorkel and dive. Overall, we liked the ship and would cruise this class again if we found an itinerary we liked.

Royal Caribbean has earned our loyalty. Everything was perfect with this cruise. They replaced our broken suitcase and gave us onsite credits. The wifi was reliable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment was way better, From now on I think we will only cruise with Royal Caribbean.

So much foods and the services were satisfied. The automatics door is for handicapped person, however, we the caregivers need to know how to use it appropriate. Thanks to the helps from the professional technician

Had a great time with family. We are retired so we traveled with our adult children and their sposes.

This was our first RCI cruise. Will definitely sail with them again. The entertainment was top notch, can't say enough good things about it. Ship was clean and didn't show any signs of age. Embark and disembark was a breeze.

Everything was great except the time we spent in Puerto Rico it was to short I think it should have be longer

Overall, it was a very nice cruise. Great entertainment! Loved the cast. Unfortunately, the food in dining room / windjammer wasn't great, and lukewarm, never hot, even the soups and grits. No hot water in our shower, barely warm. Ship is ready for refurbishment and updates (some wear & tear, and no USB ports in room) We learned that we prefer Harmony of the Seas over Allure.

Royal Caribbean is a step above the rest. This cruise was everything we wanted and expected. We cannot wait to book our next one. Deluxe Drink Package is a good deal, but because its now a lump sum payment it can be difficult. Perhaps allow guests to pay the cost of the Deluxe Drink Package over time, prior to the cruise (break up the payment).

Our cruising experience on the Allure of the seas was great. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The variety and quality of entertainment, activities, and dining options was very good. The ports of call were unique and offered good excursion options. Overall, we had a great time on this vacation.

Royal Caribbean is not for me!!!! I will never waste my money on another Royal Caribbean cruise. This was my 4th RCCL cruise.

Overall, a well designed and organized ship with great entertainment, food, and service.

Had a great time. Did not like the room service charge or the lack of programing in the room. Much better on other lines.

Royal Caribbean was nice but I was suprised at the extra fees along the way and the service fee for room service. We have traveled on Carnival before and the food was much better as well as no fee for the little extras like ice cream sundaes and they had food available at the buffett at all hours. On the Allure of the Seas the buffett was closed by 8 pm. If you wanted food after that you had to pay for room service to bring it to you.

I have been on this ship before and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much. I don’t want to listen to screaming unruly kids. Kids running everywhere. Strollers in the casino. I paid good money for my trip, send your brats to camp. I’ve raised 3 kids and they wouldn’t dare act the way these kids do. The parents should be spanked. I over heard 2 women discussing this same issue at lunch. They agreed with me. I won’t cruise on Celebrity because of these same issues. I will think long and hard before I make another cruise. Older people like myself don’t want to put up with this. We come to relax and enjoy our time. Not listen to a bunch of unruly kids. Why were small kids allowed on the adult clubs at 11 at night. They were all over the dance floor. Adults couldn’t dance. I wanted to learn some Latin steps, but too many kids everywhere. Shameful
