Royal Caribbean changed our schedule an ports. When I called to try to reschedule because we did not want to go back to the new port and the times spent at the ports where shorted they just said that I had no choice. Poor customer service.

Overall, a fun larger family celebration experience. Lots to do. Not sure cruising is my first type of vacation of choice, but if you like cruising, I could see why Allure of the Seas is popular.

My overall review of my trip was awesome, plenty of things to do on the ship, from bathing, eating, and entertainment. The port of calls where all great, love Labadee, although some updates needed (why no mention of Ayiti Toma's great history like your sponsored billboards in Jamaica).

GREAT Ship!!! First time on Oasis class. 5400 passengers and never had to fight for a chair, or felt crowded walking around. Central Park area was a great getaway! Looking forward to booking on newer Oasis class.

It was amazing and I cannot wait to plan another one.

Really loved this ship, we had a few glitches but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily. The younger members of our group would have liked a water slide. The Allure has spoiled me after smaller ships, nothing ever seemed crowded.

This was our 4th cruise, Royal Carribean food is always excelent and service was the best so far.

LOVE THAT SHIP. The ship was our destination! The crew were amazing. We didn't want to leave!

Really disappointed with the Captain’s decision as well as RCC’s greedy decision not to offer any credit for a future cruise :(

I enjoyed this cruise because my family and I found plenty to do but Captain Ron was rude, we didn't get to stop at the private island in Labadee, customer service handling it was horrible and I'm not a fan of 5.5/7 days on water.

I suggest crusing with 3-5 other couples with similar interests. We met some people on the cruise, but next time we'll go with people we know and enjoy being with.

Despite the little things we had a wonderful cruise! The entertainment is awesome ! I forgot to mention the smoke in the Casino is ridiculous...even though there is a smoking section you can smell smoke all over the Casino which made us spend way less time in the Casino!!!

We will recommend this cruise to friends and family. It was awesome.

highly recommend this ship. The person going on the ship should use their judgement on the type of room. we went with their suggestion and paid way to much. could have got by with one room (may have been a little tight) 2 rooms would be perfect but they insisted we needed 3 rooms

I love Royal Caribbean - their large ships are the best. Their customer service and great food and entertainment keeps me coming back!

Beautiful vacation with great staff who go the extra mile to make your vacation special. Food was good overall but some items we not fresh. Most of the ports of call were good. However, there was seaweed on the island of Labadee so we could not swim there. Puerto Rico had bad weather and only a few hours there so that was not perfect. Evening entailment was excellent.

Had a great time with my Wife. Cant wait to do it again with the whole family. Things to do for all ages.
