Review summary

I enjoyed this cruise because my family and I found plenty to do but Captain Ron was rude, we didn't get to stop at the private island in Labadee, customer service handling it was horrible and I'm not a fan of 5.5/7 days on water.

I totally understand your disappointment about missing a stop, but if it had been you or a loved one needing medical treatment, I'm sure you would have been very thankful that your health or the health of your loved one was top priority. Nobody goes on a cruise with the intention of getting sick or injured and I'm sure the poor person in need of medical treatment feels terrible that they made the whole ship have to miss a port.

I can't believe another person is bashing the captain for caring for his passengers. Someone needed medical care, they are more important. Learn some human compassion.
