Review summary

Lovely ship. Not sure catering can cope with 6000 people though. Onboard entertainment (excl shows) could be improved as does not compare to Celebrity for that.

Main dining rooms couldn’t cope with 6000 customers. Despite reserving 19:00 hours we were always late and standing in queues. Once in though, the food and service was 5*

Lots of trivia quizzes. We missed the smaller games such as shuffle board tournaments etc.

Shows were brilliant Line dancing tuition wasn’t actually line dancing and there was no ballroom dancing tuition

Room steward (Mart) was excellent. Waiters etc were fabulous. Bar staff were brilliant.

Ship tip

Plan your days and there’s enough to keep you busy. Be careful of the main dining rooms as they do get full and have a wait period despite reservations.

We picked up ship here but spent a few days beforehand in FL. did Segway which was brilliant way to see around the city.

Took ship tour around city. Very informative. Not enough time here though as we all had to be back on board by 13:30 despite only docking at 07:00 and going on tour at 10:00. Could have done with a few more hours.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island) Did not visit port

Medical emergency so had to turn around back to Puerto Rico. No time to catch up so meant an extra day at sea. I think if the ship had had both engines at full capacity we could have made it even for 1/2 day. Disappointed.
